Mito Red Light MitoPRO 1500X takes the higher score here. Torso-to-thigh coverage in one pass. If you are treating your back or legs rather than a joint, the 43-inch panel is the one that ends the repositioning.

The counter-argument for the Hooga HG300 is straightforward: it costs $1,100 less. The honest budget panel. Single-chip LEDs, two wavelengths, $199 — and it does not pretend to be anything else.

Put plainly — if your constraint is budget, take the HG300 and put the $1,100 toward installation, which is the line item most first-time buyers underestimate. If your constraint is that you want to buy once, the MitoPRO 1500X is the one you will not be replacing.
